Not all hotels participate: You will see that not all hotels are participating in the program and many will direct you to contact your advisor to request a booking. In those cases you can submit a travel inquiry to us and we will take care of the booking for you.

Promotions: While our NTMVIP platform unlocks an exceptional array of privileges, certain promotions might require personalized attention for optimal value. Simply submit a travel inquiry and we will find the best options for you.
View nightly rates: Use the “View Total" dropdown option to clarify line items of nightly rates, taxes and total (without leaving the hotel page). This is especially helpful when you’re booking a free night promotion.
Foreign Currency: While initial pricing might reflect your local currency for ease, remember that the final transaction at your desired hotel or resort will occur in its local currency.
Cancellations or changes to a booking via the NTMVIP Booking Portal: please contact us directly if you need to change or cancel your booking. Cancellation fee will be subject to the cancel policy of the hotel as well as a $50 NTM cancellation fee. No change fees apply, however, the rate may change dynamically based on dates and availability.
Please enter all travelers’ information: Don’t forget to add your guests to the reservation as well so we can be sure we have the full picture of your trip.
